Q: What makes this different from regular personal training or coaching?
Unlike other trainers and coaches, I’ve competed at the top of my sport. I didn’t just study elite performance, I lived it. I don’t do reps and sweat for the sake of it. This is high level performance training that coordinates and organizes all of the systems in your body so that strength, agility, and mobility actually transfers into real life circumstances and competition.
Q: Do I need to be injured to work with you?
Absolutely not! And please don’t wait until something breaks! This work is about career longevity, not crisis management.Though if you are in crisis, get in touch ASAP!
Q: Is this only for professional athletes?
Nope! It’s for anyone who understands that performing well requires intelligent care of the body.
Q: What if I’m remote?
Remote clients receive the same strategic programming, coaching, and feedback integration adapted to your environment.
Q: How soon will I feel results?
Most clients feel shifts immediately. While I can’t guarantee it, many people leave their first session saying they’re healed.
