Every day can’t be a 10/10 so let’s throw out that expectation with the bath water.
What if I told you there’s a way to take your 3/10 day and up to a 4/10 or even maaaaaybe a 6/10? You’d be interested right? Sure, going from a 3/10 to 10/10 would be AWESOME, but it’s unrealistic in our current world. Because as women, who have the audacity to also become mothers, we do not get the luxury of having needs, wants, or desires.
But right here, in this Altered World if you will, you get to have all of the needs, wants, and desires you need, want, and desire! And since I’m a woman and a mom too, I know how overwhelming and overstimulated the moments of overwhelm and overstimulation can be. I know it is impossible to come up with ideas on how to best support yourself when you need it the most.
