It has never been SO political to be a woman which is why we need to come together and get it together!

This is not a one off Pilates or workout class. This is a container for your body and mind to progressively grow and build the alignment, strength, and flexibility you need and maintain control, autonomy, and efficacy in your body and your life.

An hour a week to workout, align, and prepare to fight for our right…to be autonomous! And feel good while doing it!!!

We have 3 months to give the biggest “eff you” to the patriarchy; feeling good in our bodies.

    • Yes, laughing counts as an ab workout. We will meet in real time in a fully equipped classical Pilates studio (or virtually!) once a week for three months to build strength, resilience, and flexibility TOGETHER!
  • Personalized feedback and cueing
    • There’s a reason this is a SEMI PRIVATE training. Get the attention of a one on one session elevated by the community of other AMAZING humans like yourself.
  • Drugs
    • AKA: Dopamine and Serotonin, of course! Studies show the exercise, movement, and dance is as effective as an SSRI. (But do NOT go off your meds please!)
  • Accountability
    • I don’t know about you (I do know about you), but if I don’t sign up for and pay for a class or program, even my BEST intentions won’t get me to push myself on my own, so let’s do it together 😉

I am a classically certified Pilates instructor, semi retired Broadway performer and I work with pro athletes and high performers to perform longer, recover faster, and stay at the top of their game.

I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 20 years with almost half of that specializing and studying the pelvic floor. I have been dancing and performing for over 35 years. I know…how do I look so young?! I have worked with people ages 7 to 92 from NFL and FIFA athletes, Rockettes, Joffrey ballet dancers to SAHMs, CEOs, playwrights, and everything in between.

Finding joy, ownership, and proficiency in your body is the biggest eff you to the patriarchy. It’s time to find, connect, and integrate our Deep V Energy (like Big D Energy, but way better) in order to secure our rights and build a better, safer, more equitable future.

MYTH OF MOTHERHOOD

→ How often do the workouts happen?

Our small group meets once a week over the course of 3 months. Each session is designed to challenge you, but we make sure it’s also fun and leaves you feeling energized, not drained.

→ What kind of workouts can I expect?

We mix things up with Pilates on the equipment(!!!), various props, full-body strength training, cardio bursts, and flexibility work—all in a judgment free zone where TMI doesn’t exist. The key here is having fun while getting stronger.

→ Is this program just about fitness?

Nope, it’s about so much more!!! We’re creating a space where you can connect with other women, get personalized coaching and feedback, and feel empowered—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It’s as much about community and self-love as it is about working out.

→ What if I’m hesitant about joining a small group?

Totally understandable! You might LOVE the community of a group class OR the personalized attention of a one on one. This is right there in the middle. Personalized attention AND community. 

What if I have to miss a session?

Life happens! If there is a space available in another group (in person or virtual) we can make something happen. Otherwise, the session is forfeited.

→ How is this program different from other fitness programs?

This isn’t a regular fitness program. It’s a COOL fitness program!

But seriously, this isn’t just another workout plan. It’s about feeling empowered in your body in a world that often makes that difficult. We focus on joy, community, and giving a big “screw you” to unrealistic societal expectations.
