Through movement, breathwork, and self-exploration, I’ll help guide you to a heightened state of wellbeing — physically, emotionally, and mentally, so that you feel like a badass as you dive into birth and motherhood.

This private experience will help you…
- Get to know your new body. Knowledge is power. We will first go over exactly what is happening to your body, where in your body, and why it’s happening. This is the anatomy they didn’t teach you in school. You will learn about what your hormones are doing to you and why you suddenly have sciatica, leg cramps, and NEED ice cream (besides the fact that it’s delicious).
- Understand your feelings. With this knowledge, we can create some space to understand why our feelings are all over the place. Why it feels so personal when people comment on your body, your breakouts, and how you should show up.
- Advocate for what you want. It’s a lot to handle and you handle it well. That doesn’t mean this isn’t hard and it’s ok that it’s throwing you for a loop. We will work on how to articulate how you feel in your experience and how you can share that with the important people in your life.
- Stay calm when things get weird. Your body is doing and will do some weird stuff (things that don’t usually leak will leak at some point). It’s not just you, it happens to everyone.
- Feel your feelings. Giving this context can help us organize our feelings around our physical state by “taking off the heat.”
- Alter your perspective. Let’s re-contextualize to give you some breathing room to get your bearings, take a breath, and reconnect.
- Create space to BE. From there we have the knowledge, space, and bandwidth to feel, connect, and experience the wild ride that is the female experience with intention.
- Move slow and safely. A safe, manageable, productive movement routine to get into our bodies and get to know this new home. It’s the same, but different. Just like you.
