Get out of your head and into your body!

When you feel good in your body, you lead better.

When you know how to move through stress, you recover faster.
When you protect space for joy, you unlock next-level creativity and resilience.

This is where I come in.

I deliver bold, embodied keynotes and workshops that get high-achieving teams out of their heads and present in their bodies. Through movement, somatics, and radical joy, I help audiences connect the dots between sustainable leadership and sustainable living.

Ready to move the room?

Give the gift of real life, usable strategies to retain talent, motivation, and progress.

I’m not just here to motivate. I’m here to mobilize.

Through humor, science, and no BS tools, I create experiences that leave people saying…

“That’s the first time I’ve actually felt better and had fun at a corporate workshop! When can we do this again?!”

These aren’t one-size-fits-all lectures. They’re part education, part activation, part collective exhale.

Get People Talking – and Moving!

Let’s make this easy, Email me!

They call me The Amy Poehler of vaginas

But my friends call me Liss.

I am a classically certified Pilates instructor, semi retired Broadway dancer/singer/actress/comedian, host of the podcast Myth of Motherhood, author of Unstuck: From Understudy To The Study Of Your Undercarriage & Dear My Vagina (coming soon!), speaker, I’m a Jill of all trades → it’s literally my middle name!

I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 20 years with almost half of that specializing and studying the pelvic floor. I have been dancing and performing for over 35 years. I know…how do I look so young?! I have worked with people ages 7 to 92 from NFL and FIFA athletes, Rockettes, Joffrey ballet dancers to SAHMs, CEOs, playwrights, and everything in between.

My comprehensive classical Pilates certification came from Romana’s Pilates at True Pilates NYC after beginning my study of the method at age 15. I continued my education with Lori Coleman Brown DPT, Hospital For Special Surgery NYC, Beyond Basics NYC, Physioarts NYC, ELDOA training, and more!

My obsession is translating the information your body holds that your brain needs. There is a lot of talking about the mind body connection and a lot less doing the mind body connection. I teach you to do the mind body connection After working with thousands of people and bodies I have seen how transformative it is to actually embody and lead with this connection.

When you do, say good bye to burnout, BS, and what ifs and say hello to sustainable energy, truthful connection, and living the life you want. Because it’s all connected!

Your Q, my A

Don’t see your question listed? Email me!

Is this a workout class or a presentation?

It can be either or both. Depending on your goals, needs, and group we can customize everything. My superpower is connecting these dots meaning…more lecture style presentations will include experiential learning (standing, breathing, moving in ways that do not require workout clothes or a sweat towel) AND movement based presentations will include education and mindset coaching.

Is this for women only? Do you ever work with men?

We can organize events that are women or men only. With the understanding that all of my spaces are inclusive, we can also honor the unique needs, concerns, experiences of each.

How big of a group are you most comfortable with?

Thanks to my longtime career as a professional actress and dancer, I’m as comfortable one on one as I am in front of an audience of thousands.

What kind of space do we need?

I can make any physical or virtual space work to create connection!

Embodied leadership isn’t just nice to have.

It’s the future of work.

Let’s create a workplace that supports the people in it.
