20: THE THREE THINGS I NEED YOU TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR BODY

In honor of our 20th episode I want to share with you the three things you need to know about YOUR body.
Because you only get one, let’s honor her well.
This body that has been with us through every single experience we’ve ever had. Including, but certainly not limited to, being born, growing, maturing, resting, working, exploring pleasure, experiencing pain. That continues to carry us through a freaking pandemic.
That is here with us right now.
And what I have found myself and is reinforced in my work with clients is that it is really hard to feel safe, knowledgeable, and confident in this body when no one gives you a straight answer about what the hell is going on!
I believe that movement, self expressions, and good old fashion education empower us to feel safe, confident, and knowledgeable in our bodies.
And we need to get in touch with OUR bodies. Not someone else’s, but our own. And when you want to share your body with someone else, you need to know what you’re up to!!!
