The first two examples got me in trouble. I’m not “supposed” to talk about these things, right? We are supposed to live in ignorance lest we embrace ourselves too strongly. Because if we take some of the time, energy, and discipline we place on our external appearance and invest it on what is happening inside our bodies… well we will be unstoppable.
And who knows! Maybe this time I will also get in trouble because this threatens all of the systems in place that keep us small, but I’m an adult now. An adult who stands for truth and honesty. And I have a feeling since you’re here too, you feel the same way.
I believe that we all deserve to feel safe, knowledgeable, and at home in our bodies. All of us.

Build your foundation to understand wtf is happening in your pelvic floor, your entire body, your whole self in just 6 weeks!

By the end of the 6 weeks you can expect to have:
- Stronger muscles. We often notice if our abs or arms are looking flabby, but when was the last time you looked at your undercarriage? These muscles LITERALLY HOLD IN your pee, poop, and digestive and reproductive organs. Whether you’ve experienced prolapse or not, let’s make sure everything stays put. Insides belong on the INSIDE!
- Better sex. Circulation and strength of muscular contractions are what make sex great! If these muscles are tight and weak, or not firing at all, they are not getting the blood flow and nerve impulses necessary for pleasurable sex. How will you be sufficiently lubricated or fully erect without blood flow?! Let’s get you NAILING IT (get it?) between the sheets.
- Confident sneezes. 50% of women will experience incontinence during their lives. It’s twice as likely in women than men, which means 25% of men will also experience it. Let’s leave the accidents to those who have yet to be potty trained. Sneeze and laugh without caution, and get ready to jump on a trampoline all afternoon!
- Connection with yourself in a way that makes future growth and change feel like an exciting opportunity filled with intention instead of terrifying and out of control. You’ll have the ability to identify your weaknesses, have the skills to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles in order to live life feeling stronger, more powerful, and more in control!
