Revival: an instance of something becoming popular, active, or important again.
I remember at the end of my pregnancy, my mom told me:
“Enjoy this time because once the baby arrives, no one will care about you.”
Unfortunately, she was right.
Sure, everyone wants to see the baby, visit the baby, hear about the baby, talk about the baby.
This magical new human being has arrived and is so full of pure, untapped potential. And your baby is the most incredible baby this universe has ever seen!
But it doesn’t always occur to people to honestly, deeply, truly ask you how you are doing. Because you carry it well.
even if…
- You’re used to figuring things out on your own
- You know if you work hard enough for long enough, you’ll get what you want
- You’re a high achiever who’s used to things being challenging
When you’re a new mama, let’s face it: no one really gets it and you can’t figure it all out on your own anymore.
It feels like motherhood is this super-secret sorority, with a messed up initiation and the same rules as Fight Club: you don’t talk about Fight Club, AKA what really goes on during this new and tricky time in your life.
But I think it’s time women had a space to talk about the REAL struggles of postpartum and even better, get the support they need to not only survive it, but find a way to really thrive.
How do you do that?
- By being guided by a fellow mama who reveals the not-so-pretty reality so you feel way less alone
- By getting access to information that is rooted in science and integrative in nature so you know what you need to heal and feel good in your body again
- By receiving personalized support from a women’s health expert and motherhood advocate who gets you, makes you feel seen (not crazy!), and cheers you on
- By exploring Pilates For Your Privates which uses the Pilates method to learn about your pelvic floor and harness the physical and energetic powerhouse hidden between your legs
All of the above happens in…
The Postpartum

And together we’ll help you
- Get to know your new body. Knowledge is power — we’ll go over exactly what, where, and how things are happening in your body.
- Feel your feelings. Giving this context can help us organize our feelings around our physical state by “taking off the heat.”
- See postpartum differently. Let’s re-contextualize the postpartum experience to give you some breathing room to get your bearings, take a breath, and reconnect. You don’t need to pee your pants as often as your baby does!
- Create space to BE. From here, we’ll have the knowledge, space, and bandwidth to feel, connect, and experience the wild ride that is motherhood with intention.
- Move slowly and safely. A safe, manageable, productive movement routine to get into our bodies and get to know this new home. It’s the same, but different. Just like you.
This is for you if…
- You are the person people come to when they struggle, so you don’t know who to turn to when you struggle
- You want to find the ease around postpartum and becoming a mom
- You know this can be a time to grow closer to your partner, but you’re not sure that’s happening
- You want to connect with your truth around your experience
- Being present with yourself and your baby as you get to know each other is important to you
This is not for you if…
- Your goal is to get your abs back as soon as possible (even if it means you pee your pants for the rest of your life)
- You don’t want to talk about taboo topics
- You believe you can find the answers on your own
